Why is the country of Africa not available to use

Commercial strategy from EA.

I have a few complaints. Croatia, Costa Rica, Iran, Ghana and other top African teams are more deserving of their national teams being in the game over ones like Canada and India. Get those weak teams off. My next complaint is with some teams being unfairly rated low while some teams (mostly from MLS) being rating to high in comparison. There is something wrong when, for example, that Columbus Crew is rated the same as most strong South American teams. I will like to hear the argument on why MLS’s best teams deserve a 3 1/2 star rating as clubs like Atletico Mineiro and Atletico Nacional. Considering MLS teams have not accomplished anything in CONCACAF for nearly 2 decades, I know anyone arguing on behalf of MLS will have nothing to counter my argument. CONCACAF is not on par with CONMEBOL nor better than AFC. MLS has not done better than the in-game AFC leagues that are unfairly ranked weaker than them. I hate how EA FIFA is appealing to Americans inferiority complex in the sport by giving into demands to make it seem like American clubs are becoming stronger than they really are. American clubs are growing in quality, but they are still only a 3 at best if a club like Colombia’s Santa Fe is given the same rating.

I understand UEFA is the most popular confederation in the world with the most popular tournaments, but can we please have some variety? Konami does not have licensing for Copa Libertadores anymore. Please put that in the game to compliment and add more appeal to the South American leagues added. Konami’s older PES games having both the UEFA Championship League, Europa League and Copa Libertadores was a feature I always dreamed EA FIFA would add to their game series. Sadly, that may never happen.

My final complaint is not seeking Russia and Greece’s leagues added to the game. There are actually good teams in weak leagues that make it far in UEFA’s tournament that deserve to be in the ‘other’ section instead of strong teams in strong to decent level leagues like Russia and Greece clubs.

FIFA 19 — 26-я футбольная игра из серии игр FIFA, разработанная для платформ Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One и Xbox 360. Сеттинг FIFA 19 тесно связан с UEFA Champions League по оформлению, озвучиванию и актерскому составу. В игре имеется режим UEFA Champions League, во время которого игрок может пройти от групповой стадии турнира до финала. Предусмотрена интеграция с режимами быстрого матча и карьеры [1]

Всего в FIFA 19 присутствует 49 национальных сборных, из них 30 полностью лицензированные, ещё 18 сборных частично лицензированные — у них реальные составы и игроки, но нелицензированные формы и эмблемы. У сборной Бразилии наоборот - лицензированная форма, но вымышленные игроки. По сравнению с FIFA 18 в игру была включена сборная Эквадора, но была исключена сборная Китая. Впервые с лицензированном стадионом Лужники будет представлена Сборная России. Однако сразу стадион не сможет появится из-за разногласий РФС и РПЛ и будет представлен с ближайшими крупными обновлениями. По сравнению с FIFA 18, из игры была исключена женская сборная Китая. Once again, AC Milan and Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is the best young shot-stopper in the game, reflecting his real-life status where he won Goal's NxGn in 2017 and finished as runner-up in 2018. Donnarumma's price in FIFA 19 will probably scare off many potential suitors, but he is the only young goalkeeper who ends up with a rating over 90.

Andriy Lunin starts Career Mode on loan from Real Madrid, so is not an option in the first transfer window, but value can be had if you look to Bayern Munich's Christian Fruchtl or Benfica's Mile Svilar, who impressed last season against Manchester United in the Europa League despite conceding an own goal.

Those two will probably not get into your team straight away, with the vast majority of talented young goalkeepers having ratings less than 70 at the start of the game.

Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt is one of the most in-demand defenders in world football, but is surprisingly affordable in FIFA 19 - if you have that budget that is! He has a current rating of 80, meaning he's probably good enough to be a starter at most clubs before getting better and better each season.

Trent Alexander-Arnold's breakthrough season at Liverpool under Jurgen Klopp has earned him the prize of the best young full-back in FIFA 19. It's not quite a trophy, but with an opening value of just over £12 million, you may be able to tempt him away from Anfield to win silverware elsewhere.

Wales international Ethan Ampadu is a versatile defender, having already played for his country in midfield, and is available relatively cheaply at the start of the game. If you can sign him in the first transfer window, you'll be greatly rewarded as he develops into a brilliant talent on and off the ball.

Bundesliga duo Leon Bailey and Christian Pulisic are well known around the world already and their values in FIFA 19 reflect this. They're both first-team ready at the start of the game, just like Bailey's team-mate Kai Havertz, who is the perfect young player to support the attack through the middle.

Manchester City's Phil Foden is available for half the price of the German-based players, and with excellent ball control and passing, he can be a midfield anchor for many years. Most of the midfielders have multiple positions, with attacking midfielder Takefusa Kubo capable of playing anywhere across midfield or even in attack. He's a very affordable option as he starts the game on loan at J-League club Yokohama F Marinos. Oh, and he's also nicknamed the 'Japanese Messi'. Who wouldn't want him in their team?

Aside from Kubo, there are number of talented 17-year-olds available at reasonable prices, but they will need plenty of game time to reach their potential. Luckily you can train them in FIFA 19 or even better, give them game time.

It's no surprise that Kylian Mbappe is the highest rated young player in FIFA 19 as well as the teenager with the highest potential. The PSG superstar starts off at 87 rated but can reach as high as 95 - which is better than both Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo's current ratings!

Unfortunately signing Mbappe is all but impossible for the vast majority of clubs, so you will likely have to look elsewhere to find your talismanic frontman. Hamburg teenager Jann-Fiete Arp can become an 88-rated striker while Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi is a brilliant young winger who can also play through the middle.

Two young Americans who start off relatively cheap and low-rated are PSG's Timothy Weah and Werder Bremen's Josh Sargent, but both can become an unstoppable force by the time the 2026 World Cup in North America rolls around.

FIFA 19 upgrades will be distributed based on real life performances, where players will receive new upgraded FUT cards to replicate their current form. The FIFA 19 Ratings Refresh is expected to go live around mid to late February. Check out the latest FUT 19 upgrades predictions and potential downgrades below.

FIFA 19 ratings refresh predictions are based on the best and worst performing players so far this football season. The best will be upgraded and the worst will potentially be downgraded. FIFA 19 upgrades will result in players receiving new FUT cards with improved OVR (overall) ratings and card stats. These new versions will be added to FIFA Ultimate Team packs, with all older versions remaining in the game, but no longer in packs.

Once the FUT 19 Ratings Refresh has been applied to a player, their new FUT card will generally be more expensive, this is of course providing that the player hasn't received a unfavourable position change. The extent of the price rise will be determined by the OVR rating increase and individual attribute improvements. Although the player's old card will be removed from FIFA 19 packs, the price will likely decrease due to a better version now being available (certain position changes can affect this). With this said, we recommend selling your old cards very quickly!

This release of FIFA 19 upgrades will present an easy way to make FUT coins using a particular trading method. Many players won't realise that they have packed an upgraded player and will sell them for around the same price as their previous version. This offers FUT users fantastic BIN sniping (buy it now) opportunities! The general idea is to set your price filters accordingly and snipe as many upgraded versions of certain players as you can. List your spoils for their actual values, rinse, and repeat!

In the days following the release of FIFA 19 Ratings Refresh players and FUT 19 upgrades, we highly recommend being extra cautious when selling players on the FUT transfer market. Каждый раз, когда пишешь рецензию на спортивный симулятор, приходится держать в уме два факта. Первый: это очень консервативный жанр, в котором десятилетиями ничего особенного не происходит. Второй: производственный цикл каждой номерной части меньше года — ничто по меркам индустрии. Это учит внимательнее всматриваться в детали.

Но в случае с FIFA 19 что первое, что последнее впечатление одинаково — геймплейно это почти точная копия предыдущей версии. Вот скоростные прорывы по флангам с проталкиванием мяча правым стиком. Вот забросы за шиворот защитникам, чтобы избавиться от их опеки или продвинуться в свободные зоны. А вот древний скрипт, приводящий к систематическим попаданиям мяча в каркас ворот. Скоро YouTube пополнится новыми роликами таких странных моментов, с саркастичными комментариями к ним.

С той же физикой мяча и тем же темпом игры спектр применения короткого паса по-прежнему ограничен. В основном он нужен для перехода на половину поля соперника, если нет прессинга. В остальных случаях действеннее на газоне расчерчивать треугольники проникающими передачами на ход, да еще в одно касание. Так мяч движется быстрее, а при грамотном исполнении за раз можно оставить позади целую линию из трех-пяти человек.

Игра начинается с финала Лиги чемпионов между «Ювентусом» и «Пари Сен-Жермен». Так EA Sports ненавязчиво напоминает, у кого теперь лицензия на этот и другие (Лига Европы, Суперкубок УЕФА) турниры

Подобравшись к штрафной, проще всего завершить атаку с «мертвых точек», откуда удары почти не берутся (хотя, конечно, остается шанс угодить в штангу). Даже после длительного перерыва ваши пальцы наверняка «вспомнят», когда отжать кнопку, чтобы технично положить мяч в дальний от вратаря угол. Добавьте к этому возможность бить низом, зажав три кнопки, и считайте, что на воротах больше никого нет. В штрафной голкиперы почти не отражают такие удары, даже если те слабые и летят в них.

Правда, по воротам еще надо попасть, что не так просто с новой двухкнопочной системой удара. Второе нажатие увеличивает точность и силу, для этого на специальной шкале (видна со включенной опцией тренера) надо поймать ползунок в зеленой зоне. Но даже это не гарантирует, что вы не промахнетесь с убойной позиции. Тогда зачем усложнять? К счастью, в опциях дают переключиться на стандартный режим удара.

Систему тактической защиты, введенную в прошлом сезоне, продолжает штормить. То противоположная команда давит по всему периметру поля, цепляется за каждый мяч, строго держит линии и ловит в офсайдные ловушки (особенно если увлечься разрезающими передачами). А потом ее сковывает апатия: футболисты бросают зоны, не перехватывают читаемые пасы, почти не идут в отборы, пассивны при прострелах и навесах в собственную штрафную.

Меню с тактическими установками перерисовали, сделав более наглядным. Сместите любой ползунок, и увидите на анимированном поле выше, как это отразится на расстановке и функциях игроков

Это не значит, что «Тактическая защита» хуже справляется с наступательными действиями игрока. Даже без прогресса за год она все также удивляет быстротой и (иногда) хитростью мысли, умением выйти из-под прессинга или навязать его сопернику, перестроениями во время поединка.

Просто вместо латания небольших, но раздражавших дыр в ИИ разработчики предпочли наращивать давление на вас. Теперь оппонент ведет себя жестче на поле, чаще идет в стыки и подкаты, гораздо чаще цепляется за вашего футболиста, чтобы отнять у него мяч или хотя бы притормозить его. Исход противостояния определяет система 50/50 Battles, которая учитывает характеристики и поведение игроков. Но, во-первых, это незаметно при верховой борьбе: здесь по-прежнему побеждает тот, кто выбрал правильную позицию, а не тот, кто выше или сильнее. А во-вторых, не всегда эта скрытая математика понятна: мелкий форвард может долго толкаться локтями с мощным защитником на равных и даже сохранить или отобрать мяч.

Зато стало проще исповедовать тактику мелкого фола, столь популярную среди середняков РПЛ. Ты вцепляешься в футболку противника, будто бульдог, и не даешь ему убежать. Судьи достаточно лояльны к подобным хитростям, хотя правилами они трактуются как срыв атаки и должны наказываться карточками. Для тех, кто предпочитает иметь полный контроль над тактикой, но не любит копаться в параметрах, в ЕА придумали динамическую тактическую систему. Суть в том, что можно создать до пяти схем, записав в них информацию о расстановке, ролях футболистов, а также все параметры, определяющие игровой стиль — от оборонительного до сверхатакующего. А потом переключаться между ними по ходу матча с помощью крестовины геймпада. Как и быстрые замены, добавленные в прошлом году, это нововведение сводит к минимуму обращения к меню управления командой.

Другая новинка — система активного касания — расширяет перечень приемов при первом касании. Например, если раньше неточный пас куда-нибудь в спину приводил к отскоку и потере, то теперь срабатывает скрипт — игрок в прыжке, согнув колени, внешней стороной стопы прокидывает мяч дальше. Футболисты также могут вести его, подбрасывая головой, грудью и коленями, чеканить им в движении, а не только на месте. Хотя такие трюки не меняют характер работы с мячом, они зрелищны и позволяют на ходу обработать передачу или нанести удар с отскоком.

Проверить систему в действии можно в офлайновых матчах: их ассортимент — самый богатый за 25-летнюю истории FIFA. Помимо одиночного поединка есть серии до нескольких побед, финалы лицензированных кубков (не надо начинать с группового этапа или плей-офф). Но прежде всего загляните в раздел с необычными правилами. Так, в «Дальнобое» забитый из-за пределов штрафной гол засчитывается за два, а в другом типе матча учитываются только точные удары головой, с лета, со стандартных положений и с пенальти.

Среди онлайновых режимов сердце EA Sports давно отдано Ultimate Team. Многочисленные испытания на месте, награды за них — тоже, рынок трансферов кипит от сделок, а в Squad Battles, как и прежде, дают сыграть с клубами других пользователей. Надо всем этим возвышается турнир FUT Champions, где соревнуются лучшие из лучших, и попасть туда проще через Division Rivals. В новом режиме участники распределены по дивизионам, соответствующим их уровню мастерства, так что матчи получаются равными и напряженными. Победы повышают рейтинг и позволяют соревноваться с более сильными оппонентами, а главное — приносят очки, которые можно потратить на участие в Weekend League, квалификационном раунде FUT Champions.

У персонажей разные позиции, а следовательно, задачи на поле, разные навыки и общий рейтинг, даже прокачка осуществляется по-разному. Хантеру, как звезде, достаточно усердно тренироваться и налаживать отношения с наставниками, чтобы перенять их навыки. Дэнни и Ким, помимо этого, должны набирать очки опыта и тратить их на особые умения, выбирая в их дереве навыков.

The next installment of FIFA may feature something every player has been waiting for: the Champions League. There are rumors that EA Sports has acquired the licensing rights for the Champions League, along with several other features. Below is a list of the rumored licensing agreements for FIFA 19.

At long last, FIFA may have finally secured the rights for the Champions League, along with the Europa League as well. For the last ten years, the Champions League and Europa League were the property of ProEvolution Soccer (PES). This left EA Sports to come up with its own version of the competitions. The good news is that now players don’t have to participate in the “Champions Cup” or the “Euro League”. Instead, they get the real deal. The new additions will definitely provide fans with a more authentic FIFA experience, as players will finally get the chance to participate in the biggest club team tournament in football.

While the rumor hasn’t officially been confirmed, the signs are all there. We know that PES’ licensing rights for both competitions expired after this years’ champions league final. We also know that, while doing an interview on Dutch television, Evert ten Napel of Fox Sports talked about how excited he was to have his voice featured in the new game mode.

For about six or seven days a year, I record updated lines [for the game] in the studio in Utrecht with Youri Mulder [another commentator]. In 2019 as well, the game will get even better, because they’ve added the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. I’m almost finished with the 2019 version, which will then go to the test centre. [In the test centre] some very good players will check everything and after that, it will go to the stores in October. And then all those weirdos will be standing in line again at midnight.

With ten Napel all but confirming the rumors, this is bad news for PES. For the last 10 years, the major advantage that PES had over FIFA was the Champions League. Now that the deal is apparently done between PES and UEFA, FIFA just gained even more of a stranglehold on the football video game market.

Now if true, this will be a major announcement for FIFA as they will finally have the tournament they wanted. Could this be the big announcement at this years E3? My guess is that it’s true; FIFA 19 will be adding the Champions League and Europa League tournaments.

Serie A Licensing Agreement in FIFA 19

Another rumor is that FIFA 19 will feature Serie A and Coppa Italia. According to Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport, FIFA gained exclusive rights to carry both competitions. The Serie A Italian soccer league was noticeably absent from FIFA 18. The game carried its own imitation of the league, referred to as the “Calcio A.” The Coppa Italia was also missing, with the game featuring the “Domestic Cup” in its place.

This could provide a huge upgrade for career mode as the official trophy will exist in the game. This could also provide FIFA with the opportunity to feature more Serie A stadiums, player faces and also themed content for Ultimate Team.

Things just went from bad to worse for PES; Borussia Dortmund has ended their deal with Konami, the developer for PES. The Bundesliga club ended its deal early, which now means that FIFA can feature Borussia Dortmund’s players’ likeness, logo, and stadiums in the next edition of the game. After losing yet another licensing agreement, this could be the nail that buries PES. The only significant licensing agreement remaining with PES is for the rights to FC Barcelona.
